ULTIMATE 5 Holiday Package

The ULTIMATE 5 Holiday Package is intended for up to 5 people of the same household and 1 boat or 2 jet skis will be the designated watercraft.  Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Up to 2 adults will be designated as a "Primary Guest". A Primary Guest must be present at all times. 

 

Unlimited Boat Ramp Pass -  Use is for the designated watercraft(s), at least one Primary Guest and parking for the designated watercraft trailer and the vehicle pulling it. The Boat Ramp is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM minimum. These hours may be extended upon request or based on the capacity of overnight guests on property. Occasionally the entire property may be closed for a private event or maintenance. We will contact all pass holders in advance to notify you of closures. 

 

Unlimited Lake Day Pass - Use is exclusively for the 5 people listed on the pass. Additional guests will be a fee of $5 a person per day, limit 5 people. The Lake Front is open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM minimum. These hours may be extended upon request or based on the capacity of overnight guests on property. Lake Day Passes include use of open areas at the lake front, fishing dock, BBQ pits, picnic tables and chairs.  A Primary Guest must be present at all times.

 

$500 Cabin or RV Space Credit - This credit can be used towards cabin rental (not cleaning fee or taxes) or rental of an RV space at the following rates:

• Efficiency Cabin - $80 per night ($50 cleaning fee)
• 70's Crib - $100 per night ($100 cleaning fee) 
• Cozy Cabin at Clear Springs - $125 per night ($100 cleaning fee)
• Lakeview Cabin at Clear Springs - $150 per night ($150 cleaning fee)
• 45 ft. RV Space with 30/50 electric, water and sewer hook up - $60 per night until March 1 * $80 per night March 2 - September 15  *  $60 per night September 16 - December 31, 2025
• 90 ft  RV Space with 30/50 electric, water and sewer hook up - $90 per night until March 1 * $120 per night March 2 - September 15 * $90 per night September 16 - December 31, 2025

The above rates are NOT valid on the following dates in 2025:

• March 7 - 23 * Spring Break
• May 23 - 27 * Memorial Day Weekend
• July 3 - 7 * Fourth of July Weekend
• August 29 - September 2 * Labor Day Weekend

Credit may be used towards rentals at market rate determined by Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals.

This credit may only be used towards the actual rental cost of the cabin. Cleaning fees and taxes are due when the reservation is made. One cleaning fee per stay applies. A one night reservation and five night reservation will carry the same cleaning fee. No exceptions. A Primary Guest is required to make reservations.

 

50% off Guest Fees - Guests outside of the five people in this package will receive 50% off the daily rate or additional guest charge for cabin rentals and RV Spaces. This discount is limited to 5 guests per visit or day. 

 

5 Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals T-Shirts - 2 designs and 4 colors to choose from! Your 5 shirts can be any size from newborn to Adult XXXLarge. Shirts will be ready for pick up in 14 days or less from time of purchase. Shipping in Texas will cost an additional $20.

 

The Ultimate 5 Holiday Package is valid from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. 

Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals reserves the right to close any section of the property including the boat ramp and lake front for weather or safety concerns of any kind, private use, maintenance or repair at any time.

Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The rights of use at 1696 Tx-46 New Braunfels, TX 78130 for any person on this package can be terminated or suspended at any time by Lake Dunlap Vacation Rentals Owner or Manager, at their discretion without refund, for abusive, vulgar, disorderly, destructive, disruptive or inappropriate conduct, behavior or language; multiple  warnings or violations of littering, loitering outside of designated hours, destruction of property or violation of rules. We have a zero tolerance policy for disrespect of people, animals or property.  All sales are final.
